In the EDM department at Swainsboro Precision, we use two Hatachi wire EDM's. A  Hatachi 203M having a working area of  10" x 13" and a "Z" height of 6.7" and the other, a Hatachi 460Q which has a 16" x 24" working area and a "Z" height of 12". These two machines allow us the ability to burn punches and die blocks in a variety of sizes and heights at a rapid speed with extreme accuracy.
